Section 42

According to the law, in the documents that must be prepared with the witnesses, at least two persons who are capable of entering into a contract must be mentioned in the name of the witnesses.
(2) The details and address of the witnesses mentioned in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be correctly printed or caused to be printed in accordance with this paragraph.
(3) If the document prepared in accordance with this paragraph is written by the author himself, the same manner and if it is drafted by another person, the author shall mention the same manner and sign his identity and address in writing.
(4) If a license is required to be obtained in accordance with the law to prepare a document, the writer who prepares the draft according to sub-section (3) must also mention the details thereof.
(3) If the document prepared in accordance with this paragraph is written by the author himself, the same manner and if it is drafted by another person, the author shall mention the same manner and sign his identity and address in writing.
